This is a multi-level work out that is designed for all fitness levels. Beginners to Seasoned Aquasizers can benefit from aerobic conditioning exercises combined with strength training and cool down stretch period. Equipment such as noodles and buoyancy weights are used to help improve balance and muscle tone.
