Yoga (Fit +) - 132789

This class is a blend of Iyengar and Vinyasa yoga moving from one posture to another. It includes meditation in motion, linking the breath with the posture. You will develop a deeper awareness of your body while gaining strength, flexibility, and balance. Appropriate for a large range of students as the instructor will offer variations for more or less of a challenge.
