Looking for a way to bridge swim lessons and the swim team? Or maybe you have an older sibling that's already swimming for Lanier Aquatics. Lanier Aquatics Swim Team Preparation Group is an awesome way to get started in the world of swimming. This will also help get you a head start on summer swim league! Swimmers will learn new skills, techniques and tips to help develop into a competitive swimmer. Swimmers must be able to swim unassisted to join.
Your swimmer does not need to know the four proper strokes or the turns/starts, we will teach them all the skills they need! This monthly program is also great for swimmers who are not interested in the competitive side, but want to swim for exercise and endurance.
