This class uses gentle movements and simple restorative stretches. Together, we will learn, reinforce, and create comfort, peace, and relaxation. Gentle flow and restorative floor work provide a well-rounded approach for feeling your best in mind, body, and spirit.

This class is included in the Fit Plus Passport or you can drop in for $6.00 per class.

$14 for Residents Outside Hall County
