AquaFIt (FIt+) - 365032

This class will be 30 min HIIT (intervals), 10 min strength which includes a focus on core, and a 15 min cool down. Ai Chi will be introduce during the cool down of this class. This class will focus on cardio endurance, muscular endurance, and strength (upper/lower body, core).
